Overcoming Numbness, Rediscovering Connection and Crafting the Life You Desire
Jenny and Bethany met in a group business coaching program back in 2023. After spending 10 wonderful and challenging weeks together, we realized that we share so many values and our work aligned. After months and months of weekly meetings, conversations, sharing and laughter, we created an entire series that we want to share with the world. We have titled this series AWAKEN WITHIN. The idea for Awaken was birthed from conversations with our clients about their need to reconnect, to feel alive again, and access all of the skills Jenny and Bethany know we each are carrying inside of us.

I am a mama of 3, a sun drenched ocean worshiper, who loves nothing more than being deep in the forest. A wild, introvert and all around homebody/adventurer. I am a sex, love, and relationship coach. I have been coaching since 2020 after completing my certification at the end of 2019.
I was 46 the first time I attended a goddess circle and I have never looked back. It was there that I first felt the radical acceptance of sisterhood. It felt like an ancient remembering, like coming home to myself. The power of sisterhood awaked me up to the infinite possibilities life has to offer.

I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 10 years. After joining a business coaching program, I found that a part of me wanted to add more spirituality to my healing work. I found a flow state that I later came to recognize as a form of channeling Source and that has led me here to this moment with you.
